Product Shipping Options

Option 1: Standard UPS Ground
The majority of our products ship by standard UPS Ground.   Our larger desks and tables ship in multiple boxes.  If you would like a specific breakdown of the sizes and weights of the boxes for any particular product, just ask us here.


Option 2: Freight Shipping Option
If you are considering an order with multiple desks or tables, it may be more cost effective to ship via freight.  Some larger items, like the Conference Table for Six, will be required to ship freight because they are too large for the UPS system.

Option 3: Pick-up from Factory
You are welcome to pick up your order direct from our factory in Central Ohio. We will work with you to verify that your vehicle is large enough to pick-up your order.  Here is a map to our factory.

If you are selecting this option, at the time of order, enter "635 Enterprise Drive, Lewis Center, OH 43035" as the ship-to address, and select the "$0 Pick-up-from-factory" shipping option.  We do collect sales tax on orders picked up from the factory, even if the customer is from out of state. 


Option 4: Arrange your own shipping 
We will gladly work with you to help arrange your own shipping method. We can ship products by your UPS account number, or we can provide box/pallet sizes, weights and values for you to coordinate your carrier pickup.  If you plan on arranging your own shipping, please select the "Pick-up-from-factory" shipping option at checkout, and indicate that in the notes section of your order. 








Shipping FAQ's

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We ship our products to the US and Canada. Our products can be found in homes and condos, office buildings, universities, hospitals, medical offices, legal offices, financial institutions, military bases, and anywhere else that people like beautiful, solid wood functional furniture.


Q: How do you ship your products?

A: The majority of our products can be shipped by regular UPS Ground. Some of our products, like file cabinets need to ship by freight carrier. For shipping multiple products, we can bundle them onto a pallet which can save some shipping cost.


Q: Tell me about file cabinet, and other freight shipping?

A: File cabinets will always ship by freight carrier. That is because they are shipped to us on a pallet, and it is most secure to keep them on the pallet to ship to you.  If you order a desk and file cabinet, there is a good chance that the desk will arrive by UPS and the file cabinet by a freight carrier.  We try to time them so they arrive at the same time, but this can be difficult with two different carriers. We will always provide you the tracking information for every UPS and freight shipment that we send.

If you order a larger table, or multiple desks and tables, we can also ship your order by freight carrier. 

The freight company will contact you when the shipment is in your area to schedule a delivery. They will deliver it inside your address and take the pallet with them.


Q: How do you calculate shipping cost?

A: There is a shipping calculator located in the shopping cart for UPS Ground shipping. 

We do not have shipping costs factored into most of our pricing, nor do we intend to make any money on shipping. It’s a straight pass-thru cost. UPS costs can ramp up fast with multiple over-size boxes. If you are ordering multiple items, we can investigate freight shipping options that could save money. Request a freight shipping quote here. You can also pick-up-from-factory at no cost, ship from your UPS account, or arrange your own shipping.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Typical lead-time to ship is 2 weeks for standard products. That time can vary based on volume in the factory, or if an item is in stock. 

Transit time to your address from our factory in central Ohio can range from 1-5 business days depending on your location.  Once you place an order, we will give you an estimated ship date within 1 business day.

Typical delivery time

If you will not be available on a particular day to receive your shipment, let us know. We can hold off on shipping for upto a few days to better fit your schedule, but you have to ket us know this before it ships!


Q: My order has already shipped, but I would like to change the delivery date. Can I do that?

A: If your item shipped by UPS, you can contact them with your tracking number and they can typically hold your delivery for a day or more.  They will charge a fee to do this. 

With freight shipments, they will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
